Winning isn't only Rita's attitude on the court, but it's also her attitude in life. She is always willing to share her life experiences as a athlete, a mother, wife and professional woman. She is a mentor and a role model, and finds satisfaction in being able to help young people become great adults.
She has been the keynote speaker at workshops and conventions across the world. Her speech topics and workshops have ranged from "Beating the Odds", to "Building Division-I Programs" and "Solving Conflicts in a Team Environment."
