My mission is to make sure each participant walks away with a better understanding of the individual skills, the game and what it means to be a committed athlete or coach.

My volleyball coaching and teaching style is based on my past experiences as a 2-Time Olympian, a Professional Player and Coach at the International level, a Juniors Club Coach, high school coach, Division-I Head Coach and Juniors Club Director.
